I have to keep facing the darkness. If I stand tall and face the thing I fear, I have a chance to conquer it. If I just keep dodging and hiding it will conquer me.

Life requires us to do things anyway, despite what sort of fear or monster or tragedy or suffering lurks behind that anyway.

I know of no better or quicker way to step into my greatness than to step out of what’s familiar.

To waste a life with fear is, really, the scariest thing.
