There were certain things they had to do in the design. And there were some things they couldn’t do.

I talked with the contractor, who is still optimistic.

They do work on different components of the project and submit it a little at a time. We approve it or not, and then send it back for additional work.

The contractors working on the bridge will coordinate with the other work going on so we don’t have a lot of backups.

The snow didn’t affect the clean-up.
