Taxpayer money shouldn’t be spent on horoscopes, if the top military brass want their horoscopes done they should pay for it like everyone else.

We have the books being cooked, that’s bad enough, but what we have then is senior managers engaging in paying hush money to cover up their misdeeds.

He can’t sort of make a whole lot of comments that he wishes he hadn’t, then turn up to the house and not be held up to account.
