We had some stretches were we didn’t play our A-game. I think we finally were able to play our best golf in the Big East championship, and hopefully we can keep that going.

Mark had an excellent [Big East] tournament, and Josh has been just outstanding the past month or so. I’m really confident that both these guys can keep playing at the level they’ve been playing at,...

Cole, along with Josh was the most outstanding golfer over the past month. The fact that he was overshadowed by Mark [in the Big East championship] just proves how well Mark was able to play....

Just the name Augusta brings to mind thoughts of championship golf. I feel we are ready to start playing our A-game, and what better place to do it than Augusta, Georgia.

They are not selfish in the least bit; they’re just very team-oriented.

I think it’s a great golf course. It’s a great test of golf for us.

I think they realize now that they can compete against the best, and that’s something that I don’t think they necessarily had before last spring and before this past summer.

He’s really come into his own and definitely had a breakout week last week.

[Josh] always exhibits fantastic short game. I’m hoping he’ll add a little something to the mix down in Augusta.

Josh and Cole were the two best ball strikers out there this weekend.

Because they started playing as freshmen together and were in the lineup a lot since freshman [year], they’ve been seniors for a long time.

He was around the hole all day, just never in. He was like Tiger [Woods in The Masters Sunday.] The shot making was there, but he just needed to make a few of those putts.

These are four guys who have been through the wars.

Beating Louisville was the best part of the weekend. They are going to be our top competition for the Big East Championship, so it was nice to finish better than them.

I feel really comfortable with the way the guys are playing … I think it will give us a great shot.

After the first day, we knew we had to get out to a strong start and make some birdies. Since it was team golf, the 12-stroke margin didn’t seem as daunting. We only had to...

They’ve kind of put their own individual aspirations aside and in some cases made some sacrifices.

We were just out of the top four teams last year. We want to take the next step this year.

I think we have a chance to be a top-20 team this year if things go well for us.
