This was our best defensive game of the year. We got in their faces and contested shots, and played really well.

I am so proud of our girls. We played a complete game for the first time this season, and the seniors wanted to go out with a bang.

We got all the shots we wanted to have. They just wouldn’t fall for us tonight.

That will not happen again. We’ve improved, and we’re much better than that now.

It’s never easy to have a new coach your senior year. But the girls made the adjustment, and we’re a much better team now than the record indicates.
