Expression does a lot to let developers and designers work effectively together. I grew up as a developer, and I don’t have any particular design skills.

Developers have really always been Microsoft’s core customer segment. The applications come from developers; they’re the innovation engine for the industry. I can’t overstate the importance of developers.

That will be helpful for the division. Eric deeply understands developers and what they want and need.
