We do not generally see massive outbreaks after these events.

What we’ve seen is what we would expect. Infectious disease outbreaks are not common following hurricanes.

The challenge is a lot bigger than in other disasters. We don’t have a lot of experience evacuating a large city with this kind of infrastructure damage.
