At least, I’m very happy that it’s going out on DVD because if it wasn’t for the fans who signed this petition and were really ongoing about how they loved it, we wouldn’t see this...

I came to acting in a very circuitous way.

You show your vulnerability through relationships, and those feelings are your soft spot. You need to have a soft spot.

Talking back and being quite aggressive about stuff and not giving a care in the world about anyone. So it was more, I think, that way and I think that’s what happened in that party...

I’ve been really fortunate to go from series to series to series.

I was 17 and the whole thing was very confusing at the time. It was a great job and I loved it, and to lose the role was definitely tough for me. I was devastated...

I was forced to live far beyond my years when just a child, now I have reversed the order and I intend to remain young indefinitely.

People get on a show and they fought tooth and nail. Almost 95% of the actors out there want to be on a television series. Then as soon as they get onto one, no, no,...

Walking into a show when I was 16, at that time when it was the No. 1 hit show, and replacing a character comes with so many expectations. I felt a lot of pressure with...

I just love the storyline, I thought it was hilarious – I loved that part when we opened the door, we all look ahead and we have to look down and see that we’re actually...

I can’t say that I’ve made the transition to movies.

I think that we had a really loyal, great audience on Tuesdays and we were hoping that with the move, they would come with us. It looks like they have, so things are good and...

That’s great because I know as a teenager, I didn’t relate to a TV series where all people do is cheerlead and drink sodas on the weekend. So I think it’ll be great if it...

I’ve been working some really long hours for the last five or six years. Anybody who works on series television knows, and especially women because women spend probably two hours more than the guys with...

I would be sad if it ended now. It’s been the best job I’ve had by a long shot, especially creatively because the writing is so good. Every week I get the script and I...

Make them laugh, make them cry, and hack to laughter. What do people go to the theatre for? An emotional exercise. I am a servant of the people. I have never forgotten that.

That’s the thing with sci-fi and action roles. You have to play the danger as real. If you don’t, you end up with egg on your face. You have to commit. You can’t think about...

We have such a good time working together. It makes such a difference going to work every day for 14 hours and being able to hang out and have a good time.

I remember the guest stars who came, they were always trying to find a new plot for their characters because they wanted to stay. It was really a great working environment.

I competed in track for 10 years and have been doing kickboxing forever.

But I was working with such a great group of people. I just felt so safe up there on stage with them. But the first night I was definitely nervous.

The little boy, Spencer Breslin, it was just so great to have a kid on set. He is talented, he’s a pro. He’s been doing this for years, I think he started when he was...

If you watch the show and the characters don’t look at each other while they’re talking, the actors probably aren’t getting along.

I would like to think that I’m more different from my character than I am.

I don’t know, I like to go on really different types of dates. Going someplace new or some new part of the city, something that’s not your average thing. Something where you just go have...

The most important thing is to just be good at what you do. You do a good job playing the character, and people will be taken up with your character, not your clothes.

Well, we film it on the site of what used to be a real hospital for 30 years. So many people continue to think it’s still functional.

I was so busy during those seven months that sometimes I didn’t have that much time to watch what others were doing and they were all so great.

I desperately want a dog, but I’ve been told I travel too much, and I’m not allowed to have a dog.

But to be part of helping create a character and be a part of something from the beginning – the excitement of it – it doesn’t get any better.

These two girls start wanting the same thing because in this neighborhood, they know all the guys so well. It’s a small town and all the guys are just really boring to them.

In terms of being a role model, I didn’t start out to be one. I don’t go to work every day with that in mind. But, I do get a lot of fan mail from...

I’m having the time of my life. I’ve never looked forward to going to work so much every day. I’m loving it; it’s great. It’s what I love to do and I wouldn’t want to...

I want to work with great directors and try not to put too much pressure on myself and just read things for the story and recognize when I’m drawn to something for the right reasons...

There are a lot of great actresses out there. You learn to appreciate each one for what they offer.

What doctor does not need platform heels and dark black eyeliner to treat their patients?

I’m curious to see what kind of distribution it’s going to get because of that.

I did a lot of stunts, so the harness work isn’t foreign to me either.

Human beings are not meant to lose their anonymity and privacy.

They’re talking about a movie I don’t want to hold to that because in this business you can talk about things for years before they get done – god knows if the financing would happen.

In the beginning, people think vulnerability will make you weak, but it does the opposite. It shows you’re strong enough to care.

I’ve slowly gone back, later on in life, to fish and then chicken and then, last year, red meat.

If I hurt someone, if I were to accidentally poke someone’s eye out, I would laugh. And then I’d say, ‘I’m sorry, I really do feel bad,’ but then I’m on the floor rolling.

There are a lot of other things in this world that can and will bring me joy. Acting is one of them.

Your home should be your home. People shouldn’t be allowed to use whatever crazy lenses they use to catch you waking up in the morning.

I’m not a religious person, so I’m not a hardcore fate fan but I guess it’s got me thinking about that. I was very careful, though, not to link Jaye’s stories always to that.

I hate hearing about actors who don’t like the show. There are so many actors out there who’d give their right arm for what I’m getting to do.

I don’t smoke, I try to eat right, and I love doing yoga and going for hikes with my dog.

Yes, during the pilot, they gave me a little toy from the shop. It’s like three little moose in a boat, paddling. It’s very cute. And I got to keep some of the clothes.

It doesn’t help anybody to put out a bad script.
