I’m really ready to start working and improve my game.
I don’t know if that’s going to happen, but you never know.
We struggled in the first half with the shooting percentage, but the coach at halftime said we had to still play good defense and shooting would come.
It’s just so great that they would recognize me because I’m from a smaller school. Basically everyone else was from a bigger school and bigger conference.
I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve seen all those players on TV and they’re stars. And when you go there and see them in person, they’re like normal people.
I’m really excited and happy about the opportunity to play in Detroit. I’m excited to play for Coach Laimbeer and to further develop my game under him and his staff.
