A lot of people said we couldn’t build a project like this in Marietta. But I always believed if you offered high quality in a great location, you can’t be beat.

That’s part of the game in construction. Your best plans get turned around by things beyond your control.

But I’m proud we decided to do this building. We showed it can be done. I feel kind of like we helped set the new standard in Marietta.
