Two tankers we wanted to use from Oklahoma were busy so we’re having to move helicopters from (a fire near Childress) to fight it.
It’s just extremely dry. Unless we get some rain, I’m afraid there’s going to be another long fire season here.
This is the worst-case scenario of what we hoped wouldn’t happen.
