The permitting process is so complicated here in Massachusetts. Realistically, whoever buys Frank’s land, you’re still talking 1 1/2 to 2 years.

In some respects it’s almost too bad, Frank was such a fixture on the South Boston waterfront. It’s almost too bad he’s not going to be here to realize his dream.

This is going to be another significant area. It’s probably a continuation of the convention center.

It’s very encouraging that we continue to sustain that ranking, but our work is not yet done.
