Losing two institutions downtown, it smarts, there’s no doubt about that. Exactly what it means and what the place might look like after the change in ownership takes place is yet to be determined.

Lots of people are moving down here. Lots of affluent people (are) choosing to live down here for the quality of life. So it’s going to be a great addition.

Its really our opportunity to showcase the creativity and interesting designs that our students have in Chicago.

There’s a more equitable way to fund the park and all of the perks we have downtown.
