I think they’re scared. They see somebody get into a program, and to them that legitimizes the program and puts them into a bad light.

There are some guys here who are really against (treatment). They shout at (participants) and make fun of them and that sort of thing.

A lot of them are afraid that if they get into the program, it will be used against them in court.

There’s guys who stalk these hallways. It’s unbelievable. You can see them out there the same time every day, the same place.
