You could tell he was nervous when he’s talking a lot.
That’s one of the only times I’ve seen Dano get nervous. You could see he was on edge. He was like a kid in a candy store. He was really nervous.
For whatever reason everybody wasn’t playing and doing the things we were supposed to do. We got it straightened out and started playing.
I don’t think we were ready at the start of the game. It was one of those games. It can’t happen. It shouldn’t happen. But sometimes it does.
He brought that competitive edge. Hate is a strong word, but he despised losing. He would do anything not to lose, whatever that might be.
