This will require programs that ensure the participation of Afghans in the development of the country, while meeting the needs of vulnerable groups and poor regions.

Extremists, terrorists and other enemy action in Afghanistan will only lead to what you have experienced in the last decades.

Efforts being made at this moment in the southern provinces are very promising. The security situation has improved and quite a number of conflicts have ceased to exist.

It will be vital for the Afghan government to extend its reach to under served areas of Afghanistan.
