She really worked hard over the winter. She added a few new pitches, adding to and refining what she had.

We didn’t say a single thing about it last year. We just figured it would be easier to forget about it for a while.

When we heard it was her appendix, we all thought the worst. But then, it turned out to be kidney stones.

I think we all breathed a sigh of relief. Luckily for us, it was just stones.

She caught Tiara a little over the summer to get ready for this year. She’s been great. She has a rifle arm and she’s throwing runners out.

Having her back means so much to us. She hits the ball so hard. When she hits it, we call them Cook-ian shots.
