We realized at that time that our sons were not getting enough track time. We both thought this would be a good thing for all the riders up north, to keep them in shape.

Frankly, we’re here because of the zoning. There was no zoning.

We are very, very lucky, we have nice dirt and the riders seem to like it.

The riders like to do it. It’s mind over matter. We have had two end up in the pond, but it’s only 2 1/2 feet deep.

But we’re not concerned anymore; the business is doing decent.

We took a piece of property that was getting $800 a year in (real estate) taxes. Now we’re paying $17,000 a year. We think it’s ridiculous, but what are you going to do?
