The kids like running later in the evening because it usually means faster times.

What we lost to graduation we gained with new girls. Our distance team could score more points this year with who we have.

Angie, Alicia and Erin competed tonight. We still need some girls to be ready to compete better. I didn’t think some of them were focused on their races.

In a meet like this, with a lot of smaller schools, our depth really helps us. We’ll need to improve more in some of the areas to be the best team at the regional meet.
