We expected that this would be the year of M&A activity. Companies have become healthier and are looking for means of growth. It’s the logical next step to make acquisitions.

Investors are concerned about economic growth in the U.S.. We’re seeing a bit of disappointment.

The figures weren’t too good. The expectations were a little bit too high, and because of that we now see the reaction.

This will surely be a year of takeovers. Markets will benefit as companies buy growth. Stock prices are rising, but profit is rising in the same measure.
