We feel that our relations have progressed so much that this form of inter-state council is no longer appropriate.

He will be remembered as a villain politician responsible for the suffering of thousands of people. He was the first head of state to be charged with genocide.

Because of the victims, the truth and justice I regret that the trial against Slobodan Milosevic at the UN tribunal has not been concluded.
