We are pleased that there were more gains in more schools than in previous years.

This year, we will continue to work with students that don’t read and don’t meet the literacy standards for their grade levels. We will try to create a more structured program for English learners.

Our API scores give us the idea that we’re on the right path.

Some of our schools didn’t meet the AYP criteria because they are large and ethnically more diverse, and they had to cross more thresholds.
