Whatever we’re into, we go out and look at what other people are doing and try to get ideas. So our human resources department set up a trip to Griffin. We were really impressed.

The ovens are always on with products in them. There’s a tremendously beautiful smell that’s generated in the store. What we’re trying to do is called show and sell.
