If there is civil disobedience, and violent civil disobedience, then we are prepared to make arrests and mass arrests if needed.

It was closed just briefly and reopened. We had a situation we were looking into,

Three of (the victims) were transported to a local hospital and are being treated with non-life-threatening injuries,

We invited 25 in, and unfortunately, that’s not what happened, … It’s a security issue — they knew this ahead of time.

We expect it to be a peaceful event,

We meet with these organizers over and over again, … We don’t expect problems. We expect it to be a peaceful demonstration.

[Rally organizers] specifically said they didn’t want a permit, … It’s a peaceful protest, so we’re going to take our time getting them out of here.
