One main problem with these cases has been that we needed to get these kids identified. They’re new to us.

Some of these kids told us about robberies that were never reported.

These kids are calling themselves gangs.

It’s always tough to say whether things are worse now than they used to be. But I would say we’re seeing more violence among the younger juveniles.
