It’s general policy to pursue domestic violence, whether or not the victim wants to prosecute.

There just wasn’t anything there to give us a reasonable expectation of securing a guilty verdict in court, which is what is required for us to proceed.

Our efforts to find a fair resolution to this matter continue. The process is not complete, yet.

The NAACP and everyone else can be assured that we will prosecute this case as diligently and as vigorously as we prosecuted the Lionel Tate case and every other serious case of this nature.

We do not encounter lobbyists trying to entice us to sign huge contracts for goods or services.
