The goals of the program remain the same, and that is to qualify for nationals and finish in the top 10.
Cross Country is like poker. You have to be holding five good cards all the time.
Having these three guys together for two more years would put our program not in the top-10 level, but in the top-four level.
Two of the three are not where they need to be training-wise or racing-wise.
We have some real depth here. I think we have a group of guys that can get it done.
