Remember that knowledge alone is not power. Only knowledge plus action is power.

Each of our personal harbingers of doom is in reality the Ark which has brought us to this unique place and given us our unique Survivor’s Perspective.

Guilt is like a putrid sludge that courses through our flesh.

Victims have succumbed to defeat, and their spirit has been conquered and crushed. We survivors are fearless gladiators, and our spirit can never be broken.

We survivors face life’s challenges with strength and courage, and defeat is never an option. We are insulated by the Grace of God, for we are His faithful.

Enlightenment is illusive and can only be received by those who ask for it and by those who are worthy to receive it. Only then will you be shown the path.

Brutal experience has no room for a future in which we discount the present.

Faith isn’t a crutch used by the frail to prevent them from falling over. Faith is our mighty staff which we wield as we walk through the valley of our personal shadow of death.

Life isn’t about us; it’s about God and what He can do through us.

It’s true that we sometimes require our faith to lean on and provide us with strength and courage, but no more than those who lack faith and lean on the truly feeble power of money.
