We didn’t factor in any snow days. We were just going to add them onto the end of the calendar.

But this is not how we read the law. We believe the way the law reads we can still qualify for both programs.

We are just trying to get as much money and help as we can.

We were hoping the attorney general would shed some light on questions we had about the law, and we could use that information to decide our appeal.
