Mazurkas are often badly played, and I hope that my training and experience of Chopin will give my interpretations an authentic and musically truthful insight into these enigmatic compositions.

This is a very popular format among my audiences because they love to have the performer explain the music they’re about to hear.

The students I’ve invited are representative, but not inclusive of all the musicians who are now working in the field and who have trained at Palomar.

If I stayed 25 more years, I’d be 81 when I retired. As of now, I’ve not made any specific plans for retirement, so I expect to be around for some time to come.
