I have always supported the establishment of a Justice, Truth and Reconciliation Commission to look into specific corruption cases in the country.

The culture of corruption in Kenya runs very deep and only such a commission can undertake to address it fully and ensure it is uprooted from our midst.

The people behind Goldenberg and Anglo Leasing scandals or land grabbing would be free to confess publicly and return whatever property they stole from Kenyans.

The commission would ensure that people who confess and return stolen money or other property get conditional amnesty.
