They’re just a strong team. They kept on fighting back, fighting back.

They weren’t playing help defense on me, so when we rotated, I was getting open. We usually jump on an opponent fast and we were able to do that.

This game was big for us. UTEP came in here undefeated (in C-USA play), and we wanted to prove a point. We’re trying to get into the NCAA Tournament, so every game counts.

This was a great atmosphere. I wish it was like this every game. We can’t say enough about the fans tonight.
