The DRAM market is quite stable now so NAND flash prices falling sharply isn’t something to be too concerned about.

We are doing our best to prove that we aren’t infringing on their patents but that they are infringing our patents. As of today, we cannot predict the outcome.

Such decision is very disappointing, of course, and unreasonable.

We think supply growth is rather limited. In the meantime, ( DRAM) demand will not be so bad in those segments such as notebook (computer), server…and game consoles.
