These developers are buying land, knowing it’s on the San Andreas fault, and if you deny (their projects), they say you’re denying them their property rights.

Within two miles of the fault, it will all shake very strongly. We’re talking minutes of intense shaking.

That’s the saddest thing about the Old Fire. We’re using government funds and putting houses right back on the San Andreas because it’s legal to do so.
