The win was emotional a high and a low. We have great kids. She (Kurtz) apologized for getting hurt. Here we have an injured player, and she’s worried about letting me and the team down.

Somebody had to step up with Amy out and we had several kids step up.

We didn’t shoot very well and they slowed us down. We played hard and fought to the end, but we didn’t play our style.

Our kids found a way to win. Our assistant coaches did a great job making calls and the crowd support was awesome.

E-Town is big and physical inside. They trapped us hard and we didn’t take care of the basketball.

I thought we were in control most of the night, but they were able to fight back.

We are very happy. But unfortunately people measure you by what you do in the tournament.

Brittany is a super talent.
