We were sitting there thinking how we both almost went there.

When we first saw each other, everybody was jumping and screaming and hugging each other. People were looking at us like we were crazy.

I feel privileged to be a part of that.

This means a lot to us. It’s the first time on the road in a regional championship and it shows we can handle adversity.

She is so mature. She’s like a senior walking around the halls. The way she played tonight showed how mature she is. She has ice in her veins.

You cannot go long amounts of time without scoring if you want to win. We can’t play like that.

We let too many people penetrate the middle. Once you play teams over and over – this was our third time playing them – they see how you play. So we had to make adjustments.

You go through so many changes as a freshman and sophomore and then you come into your own as a player. It feels like all the hard work is paying off.

We’re trying to use our speed to our advantage. We know we’re fast.

Those were the days when we didn’t know what we were doing.
