There’s no surprise there. Residential (building) has made a huge impact lately. There are a lot of things in place to discourage builders from commercial development.

The reality is that, at least from my experience, these people coming into the trades are very hard workers and become skilled craftsmen and are doing a great job.

I don’t think you would ever see that again. I haven’t seen any deed restrictions that would allow for that.

It would be catastrophic. Right now, we have need for additional workers. The last figure I got was there was an immediate need for about 26,000 more people in the industry for the state.
