It probably won’t pass, but what we’re most concerned with is that (Wal-Mart) shareholders hear about the cruel ways in which Wal-Mart chickens are treated and the humane alternative to that process.

We’re asking for a feasibility study now, not immediate implementation.

What we’re looking for are the criteria a facility has to adhere to pass an audit.

Our real goal here is that the shareholders care about animal rights and that the company moves toward that goal.

Companies don’t want shareholders to read or hear about all the nasty things they do to animals.
