Our hitters started off a little slow, we hadn’t seen anything in a while, but our hitters came up with some big hits when they needed to.

We played solid softball this weekend in all phases of the game. We couldn’t have had a better tournament.

We knew she could play. She was one of the highest recruited pitchers out of Arizona. She doesn’t walk batters often, and she plays the field too.

It felt good to get back out there and play after having last week off. I’m pleased with the way we played.

Since we’re a northern team, it’s hard to get teams to come here in February because of the weather. That’s why we play in all these early-season tournaments.
