It certainly seems to me that the warnings are not sufficiently clear to the general public.

These cases are just extremely bizarre, with extreme impairment.

The driving was so bizarre – such as driving on the opposite side of the road, having head-on collisions. Simply bizarre behavior – it wasn’t simply weaving in the lane.

The driving was not just such that it was weaving within the lane. It was driving on the entirely wrong side of the road and almost having head-on collisions.

Officers are actually confused and baffled because the person appears extremely intoxicated for alcohol, but the test comes back negative.
