We, therefore, call on all willing political parties to come forth to fully activate, at the earliest, the stalled democratic process in the greater interest of the nation.

We declare the reinstatement of the House of Representatives.

The present council of ministers will continue to function until the appointment of the Prime Minister.

The Nepalese people have been encouraged by this success to install all representative bodies.

Let us listen to others, put across our views, do away with discord and enhance mutual understanding.

May the efforts at ensuring sustainable peace and meaningful democracy in the interests of the nation and the people bear fruit during the New Year.

The session of the house of representatives will take place on April 28.

We call upon the seven-party alliance to bear the responsibility of taking the nation on the path to national unity and prosperity, while ensuring permanent peace and safeguarding multi-party democracy.
