Clearly, there are a lot of things that could get fixed and probably should get fixed. One of the big problems is that many jurisdictions don’t have a lot of money.

That just threw holy hell into everybody’s bonnet.

When you look at disaster stories, it is usually that first time using a new piece of equipment that something is going to fall apart.

History show that it’s the first election with new equipment when jurisdictions are most likely to experience problems.

Every other state has made some efforts. New York is kind of sitting out there like a big red thumb. New York put a target on itself.
