There are too many stories out there about erratic behavior. You don’t want to see a meltdown or some sort of erratic behavior in front of a stern judge.

He actually came out with an extraordinary deal, considering what he did. I think the jurors could be offended that he came out so well.

In these situations a judge can actually rehabilitate people.

The government is getting too many bites at the apple until they get something they are happy with.

I’ve got to think he’s going to defend himself and be combative and angry. I don’t think it will be particularly effective, but he will be one of the most interesting witnesses.

This is where we’ll see what the lawyers really get paid to do.
