As our practice gets stronger, we can do it in more distracting situations. What we are seeing in the beginning is how our thinking works.

There is no Catholic Zen, Jewish Zen or Islamic Zen. It has no theology.

Its hard to wiggle. Even if you think you want to move, you’re sort of stuck.

We just create this freedom for ourselves.
