The lump sum is not a bonus, but it feels like a bonus.

It’s a step in the right direction. I personally didn’t expect to see that amount.

It makes me feel they (administrators) value our education and what we can provide for our kids.

I think they (teachers) are real pleased overall. This time of year, there’s a lot of wondering.
