Patients have assessment and contact with a medical professional almost immediately when they walk in.

It is not terribly different, but it is a more refined system that makes it easier for us to assess…No one waits long to be assessed or to have contact with a medical professional.

We need to educate the public. We have posters up, but some patients have a hard time understanding. We have to educate.

We have increased our volume so much.
