I’ve been doing that since I was little. It’s a breathing thing. Sometimes I don’t even know I’m doing it but I’m not up to par when I don’t.

I thought about (the no-hitter) before the sixth inning and that’s the worst thing I could have done. I have to stop thinking and have confidence in myself and pull through for my team.

Before, (with) all the metal bats all you could hear was a ding. Now it’s more of a solid-hitting feeling, like they’ve extended the sweet spot.
