If we were zoning from scratch, we would not zone for six-story buildings surrounding a neighborhood.

There are a lot of comfortably integrated neighborhoods.

The goal is that people will leave with a whole series of concrete actions they can take.

It would have been better before the boom, because buildings are obviously coming down at a pretty good clip.

My hope is that we can do something that over time changes our community. Because I don’t see signs we’re going to solve our situation out of Washington.
