I was out there today. It was T-shirt weather. This is really a celebration for spring. Everybody’s got the fever.

This will really put Sunlight on the jib park map.

It’s going to be a great weekend to get outside and celebrate the winter season.

This is definitely a fun spectator event. The entire race can be seen from the Sunlight Sun Deck.

I’ve been talking to people and it doesn’t seem like people around here have a lot of tropical clothing. Maybe that’ll be easy to win.

It’s a pretty wild race, really funny and a great event to watch. Some of the contraptions can get going surprisingly fast.

We think the weekend has something for everyone. Come out and play.

There are only so many spots available at the X-Games. But at Sunlight Mountain, the competition is open to all comers. Sponsored riders as well as locals take advantage of the Bring the Funk Freestyle...

It is a much better venue now. It is going to be totally sick because of the venue and there should be a really good set of spectators and a lot of really sick riders.

I personally am really excited about the snow golfing competition.

We are hoping that every kid around this area will be there.

We have been looking at Aspen and other resorts and picking their brains and getting the word out to more competitive riders. There should be some really good riders there.

Remember to wear your Hawaiian shirts, straw hats, coconut bikinis and other tropical gear, because there will be lots of sun to catch.

We’re really trying to make it more spectator-friendly. Most of the events are at the base. People can participate and then they can come up and listen to good music.

It is one of our busiest days. It is a really cool and fun way to give back to the community.
