The anticipation was that the corn crop would be devastated.

In the areas where you have urban sprawl, we are losing large amounts of farmland.

We are not against development or growth at all. We would like to see smart growth where key resources such as prime farmland are protected.

That is rare. I do not know if I have ever seen that happen before.
